This class will have a greater emphasis on using the breath, and specific meditations to relax and restore the body and nervous system. This can be helpful toward the end of the week!
One of the many great benefits of Kundalini Yoga is that we can get very specific to what area in the body we choose to support. We will always begin with a centering meditation that may include breath work, mantra (sacred phrases), and warm-ups. Our physical practice (kryia) will include a sequence of movements that may change weekly. Beginners are always welcome regardless of ability.
This Kundalini Yoga class will assist with building strength, supporting the nervous system, and allow time for deep relaxation at the end of the class.
