Our nervous systems and stress levels are on high alert.  But we absolutely have the ability to remain calm and quiet amidst the chaos that sometimes presents in life.  We are here to support you in managing anxiety, feeling better, and building emotional and physical strength.  

John believes in providing an Empowered, and person centered therapeutic approach with his clients.  By listening deeply to you and your needs, he will work with you in engaging with your wisdom in moving forward.  He believes that even our most stuck of emotional states, that we have the awareness to progress toward healing and moving through the blocks that hold us back.  John will help you to hear that wisdom that is already within you.

Sound therapy for nervous system relaxation and rest

You will be guided through a relaxation practice that will be followed by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, and other soothing instruments. The Nepalese singing bowls can help with reducing stress hormones, and assist with inner healing. You will learn simple breathing techniques to calm the body and mind and explore ways to use aromatherapy for relaxation. No experience necessary.
