Quiet and Inviting Sound Sanctuary for Deep Relaxation and Rest

In a sound relaxation session you will be guided through gentle stretches, learn helpful tools for stress reduction, and relaxing breathing techniques.  This will be followed by getting comfortable to soak in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, and other soothing instruments. The Nepalese singing bowls can help with reducing stress hormones, and assist with inner healing.  This practice can be deeply nourishing to your nervous system and is highly encouraged to try out!!
